– Payments
If possible, we appreciate payment by check or credit card.
-Reception
Reception services will continue to operate remotely.
– Items for pick up (prescriptions, food, litter) will be placed in the patio box outside of the front door.
– Increased communications
We return return communications throughout the day when the office is open and respond to voicemail and email messages within 24 hours on days the office is closed. If your cat is ill or injured after hours, we will do our best to provide treatment to the extent we are able.
– Services
All services will remain available on a regular basis and house calls will be available on a limited basis.
